“So,” said Suna. He met Atsumu’s eyes, held his stare as he eased closer. “Do you want to?”
Atsumu licked his lips. “I dunno. I think so. Yeah.”
“You don’t sound very sure.” Suna’s hand moved up to perch on Atsumu’s shoulder. The other one hooked into the front belt loop of Atsumu’s jeans. “But you’re looking at me like you’re sure. Are you?”
For all the years they’d known each other, Atsumu had never seen Suna this close. His eyelashes were long, a dark sweep over hazel eyes. His mouth looked soft.
“Yeah,” whispered Atsumu. He curled a hand at Suna’s hip. It should have been weird to touch his best friend like that, but it sent an excited jolt to the pit of his stomach. Atsumu swallowed and repeated, “Yeah. I’m sure.”

Osamu’s eyes are dark, and Kiyoomi wants.
“You make my favourite noises,” Osamu murmurs, and Kiyoomi bites down on a low whine. He likes Osamu when he’s mean, is compelled by him when he’s thoughtful, but he has no defences left against the Osamu of these moments, who gives him parts of himself like he trusts Kiyoomi will keep them safe.
It’s not that Kiyoomi does not trust his hands. It’s that he’s never held anything so breakable before.

“Don’t worry,” he says, a smirk at his lips. Wakatoshi thinks it would be playful on someone else’s face; amused on Iwaizumi, teasing on Semi, wicked on Tendou. On Oikawa, it looks a little like a trap. “I won’t bite.”
Wakatoshi frowns at him, and takes his seat. “I wasn’t worried about that,” he says. “You have never bitten me. It seems unlikely for you to start now.”
“Maybe I want to sabotage you before our game,” Oikawa says, not even missing a beat.
Wakatoshi tilts his head. “You’ve never needed to sabotage your opponents to perform admirably, Oikawa,” he says.
Oikawa doesn’t say anything to that. Wakatoshi is not used to this turn of events. Normally it’s Oikawa who always has something to say – Oikawa who never falters, Oikawa who has never met a mountain he isn’t determined to climb.
