Summary
The man looked too comfortable to be here against his will. He was slouched slightly in his chair with his arm loosely hung on the edge of the chair. He sat there as if he owned the place. Although, he is a billionaire and he could probably buy whatever place this was, but then again, getting captured and brought to your own building didn't sound like a very 'Tony Stark' like thing to happen. Peter also noticed the lack of restraints, chair and bruising which Peter had somehow acquired which was all very strong evidence to support that he was not kidnapped. So Peter was confused as to why there was clearly no rescue mission happening right now.

Peter, barely awake and sporting a serious case of bedhead, blinked a few times. “Huh?”
“For your birthday. What do you want?”
“How did–“ Peter stared at him with wide, incredulous eyes, suddenly feeling much more alert. “How did you know?”
“Don’t insult my intelligence.”
Clint pointed his fork in Peter’s direction and said through a mouthful of bacon, “Tell him nothing. I made the fatal mistake of admitting I wanted a new pickup truck last Christmas. He bought me five Ferraris. Five of them.”
Tony shrugged. “I couldn’t decide.”
“I live on a fucking farm! What the hell did you expect me to do with five Ferraris?”
Peter said faintly, “Please don’t buy me five Ferraris."

Peter isn't much of a birthday person, and insists upon a no-gift policy when his nineteenth approaches. Tony isn't much of a rule-follower.

Anyone who knows Tony Stark knows that the man doesn't show affection or praise like most people. He gives you his approval or admiration in the form of kisses. A kiss on the cheek, the forehead, even a quick peck on the lips. It was something he got from his mother, being of Italian decent. Only those closest to Tony would get this side of him. Tony would rather give an affectionate kiss than a hug or pat on the back.
It didn't take long for the Avengers to understand that Tony kisses were the way the genius gave his affection.

“Mr. Hawk-Clint?” Peter started, changing the name halfway through when he saw the look the man gave him. “My suit doesn’t really have pockets… so I don’t have my wallet. Could I borrow money for the hotdogs?”
Yep, there it was. Almost every Avenger’s suit had pockets, except for the spidey suit. Stark could make him bulletproof, give him a parachute, and put an AI in his mask, but for some reason, the man had neglected to put pockets in the kid’s suit. Typical. Clint’s own kids were at the age where they started asking for money, though, so he couldn’t say he wasn’t used to it.
“Yea, yea,” he chuckled, pulling his wallet out. “You better get me a cold bottle of water, though. None of the ones that have been sitting out in the sun half the day.” He handed the kid a twenty, shaking his head in amusement. How did a 15-year-old manage to end up fighting crime in a spandex onesie?
