Summary
Makoto has always struggled with his mental health. From a young age, he had to block out his parents’ constant arguing and cover his sister's ears. In middle school, he had a very tough time just surviving and making it to the next day. Grades dropping, parents disappointed, barely finding a reason to get out of bed. Makoto almost gave up. Now he’s going to Hope’s Peak Academy as the Ultimate Lucky Student, experiencing the dreams of millions. Makoto must navigate his complicated feelings and learn to ask for help.
Kyoko is an emotionally strong person. She never let things deter her in the name of truth and justice. Even coming to Hope’s Peak and meeting her dad has not deterred her, despite the complicated feelings towards him. After a while of being a student at Hope’s Peak, she notices Makoto’s concerning behavior and decides to investigate the Lucky Student’s past, present, and future in hopes of learning more about him.
Or TL;DR: An AU where Makoto had bad mental health in the past and his journey of healing and loving himself while learning how to open up to his friends and ask for help while a student at Hope’s Peak. Plus Kyoko POV and a lot of Naegiri.

Summary
Something suddenly gripped at the back of her throat, spilling out of her mouth in a red flood of copper. The tangy taste flooding her senses.
As she desperately tried to clear her throat of blood, she suddenly made contact with hard, solid ground. The bones of her top half shifting and contorting with the impact, while that half that had been cut away seemed unaffected.
"I knew she wouldn't last long." A cruel voice taunted, ringing out through the darkness. Faces formed in front of her. She recognized them, Marcy and Sasha. But their faces were covered in scars, the wounds bleeding a gooey black liquid that pattered against the ground like rain fall. Their eyes black pits that seemed to lead to nowhere.
"Not like she did anything for us, good riddance." Sasha's voice crawled into her ears as she forced out another mouthful of blood, this one seeping with the same black liquid that dripped from her friends.

Summary
It was a loaded question. Being in such a close proximity with Zooble sent her mind into a fantastical daze. Her feelings for them had only grown in intensity as the bond they shared strengthened over the years. Gangle surely trusted them enough to do such an intimate activity with them, but she knew the moment they were underneath the covers, she'd instantly start to yearn for an entirely different closeness from Zooble. It wasn't an unfamiliar desire to her, but the last thing she wanted was to cause a disruption within the friendship they already had. Or worse, have her feelings not be reciprocated at all.
