“What did—what did they do, Deku?” He feels like he’s talking to a kindergartener or something. For all the bullying and insults, he’s never talked down on the nerd like this. He hates it, but he hates the fact that Deku doesn’t seem to notice it even more.
“Nothin’ big. Hit me a few times. Asked if they should, if I thought they should wake you up. Said no.” The nerd pauses, and the moment drags on. He sucks in a breath through his teeth, the sound whistling and thin. “Wanted to let you sleep.”
Katsuki lets out a humorless bark of laughter.
“Wha’s so funny?” Deku squints at him through his one working eye.
“My hero,” Katsuki says. “Of course you fuckin’ told them to let me sleep. God."

Shota sneers at the teenager across from him. His defense raises like the hairs on the back of his neck as he glares steadily, ready and waiting for whatever will come from this encounter. He narrows his gaze when the teen shifts; just the thought of sharing this rooftop with Japan's most notorious villain makes his skin prickle. “Deku.”
“Y-yes!” the teenager cries out in relief, taking a small step towards Shota, “I’m Deku! I’m so g-glad you—”
“Deku,” Shota growls darkly, flicking out his capture weapon hastily to snag the villain before he can make his move. He's quick to tug it taut, leaving no room for Deku to escape. “You’re under arrest.”
“I-I’m what?! W-wait!”

During the fight where Oboro Shirakumo is supposed to die, a twist of fate happens and Shouta Aizawa pushes him out of the way in time. However, when they move the rubble to find his body, Shouta Aizawa is missing.
Years later, on the anniversary of Shouta's disappearance, Oboro is homeroom teacher to the infamous Class 1-A . He's taking them on a field trip through the same site his friend disappeared from fifteen years ago, leaving a bouquet of flowers and discussing the effects of battles on the city-scape with his class, when a dark-haired young man suddenly appears face-first on the ground in front of them, at the exact spot Shouta disappeared.

(Most chapters are written within an hour or two, not proof read, and honestly just pulled out of my ass. I know where I want to go with this story, so even having a basic outline makes it easy for me to come up with storyline.)

When being kind doesn't work against his bullies, Izuku learns to manipulate others via flirting. And maybe gets a little too good at it. While he's at it, maybe he'll prove people wrong. Someone with a villainous quirk can be a hero. Along the way, he'll make real friends, maybe break some hearts, and scare someone to death.

Summary
Midoriya Hisashi cries tears of relief when a 5 year old Izuku looks him in the eyes and tells him:
"I'm quirkless."
Then, he forces his son to swear that he'll survive - to care for Inko, if nothing else - and it's a demand that Izuku is too young to understand and all too eager to accept.Midoriya Hisashi is 29 years old when he dies the next morning; killed by his own quirk.
It takes 5 more years for Izuku to begin to regret making that promise, and only 3 more after that for a girl, older than him, and with much sharper canines, to ask him if it's worth it: to live a life of suffering in the name of an exhausted mother and a dead man.
Apparently, he gives the wrong answer, as Himiko Toga laughs in his face, and tells him it absolutely isn't- and they exchange contacts.So, Izuku is 13 years old when he blackmails the staff of Aldera Middle, and Katsuki, for his own peace of mind, and decides:
If he's going to be a hero, he might as well make himself untouchable, and make some connections early.(On a totally unrelated note: both Mr. and Mrs. Bakugou are delighted by his sudden interest in the fashion industry!)
