    Summary

Bruce skidded to a halt, breath hissing through his teeth.

Superman’s head came up sharply, like the sound of Bruce’s shock still meant something to him—and it was Clark, but he was different. Different lines on his face, a subtly different curl to his hair, and as he looked Bruce up and down his eyes blew wide.

Bruce’s hand dropped immediately to his belt, a chill sweeping through him. “Not our Kal.”
    --
Bruce and Clark have been in a relationship since the founding of the Justice League almost twenty years ago. When the League tries to bring in a thief with stolen reality-shifting technology, Clark is accidentally exchanged with his counterpart from a universe that's almost identical—except he's married to Lois. And they have a son.

As each side scrambles to swap their Clarks back, Bruce and Clark find themselves grappling with new questions about their life together, faced with the possibility of things having gone differently for not just the two of them, but their children—the ones they have, and the one they've never met. Along the way, they do their best not to to blow up their counterparts' lives by dredging up any long-buried feelings. (They may or may not succeed at that last.)

    Summary

Bruce had always preferred tea, an inevitable habit after being raised by an Englishman. Still, life in America meant coffee was everywhere. He didn’t hate it, but it carried a bitterness that felt too familiar to someone who spent so much time in the shadows. So when he found a small coffee shop in Metropolis that actually served a proper, traditional cup of tea, he made a mental note to stop by whenever business brought him to the city.

Clark liked tea too, though his version was far from proper or posh. Growing up in Kansas, he’d developed a deep love for sweet tea, the kind served ice-cold on a porch in the summer heat. He came to the same coffee shop often, mostly because it was one of the rare places in the city that even knew how to make sweet tea.

When their orders got mixed up one morning, Bruce found himself facing a sweetness he wasn’t used to, both in his drink and in the man it belonged to.

    Summary

When Superman, better known in civilian clothes as Clark Kent, helps two boys lost in Metropolis, he doesn’t expect it to lead to sharing hot chocolate with their tired, sharp-edged father. Clark has no idea the stranger is Bruce Wayne, Gotham’s reclusive billionaire ; all he sees is a tired man with storm-cloud eyes and the kind of smile he wants to see again.

It should have been just a coincidence, one he’d think back on fondly, and then let go. A rainy afternoon in Metropolis, a coffee shop shelter, and two boys with sharp tongues. But by the time the storm clears, Clark’s sure of two things:

    He’s absolutely smitten.

He has no idea how to ask for Bruce Wayne’s number in front of his kids.

    Summary

"Hold tight," he says as his only warning. Without another word, he grabs onto Wayne again and shoots upwards with him in his arms.

The sudden burst of speed tugs a yelp out of him, and Clark feels an unexpectedly strong grip around his shoulders, fingernails digging into the fabric of his suit. At the same time, Clark hears a rapid spike in his heart rate.

"Sorry!" he shouts. "I'm sorry, I should've— Gosh, let me just—"

    Summary

“Uh, hey buddy where are your parents?” Superman asks the kid who's now grabbing onto his arm. He looks around eight if Clark were to guess. The kid doesn't answer so he tries again, “okay, who's supposed to be taking care of you.” and the kid turns and points to a man running across the road which should be impossible because the man is Bruce Wayne. And Clark would like to think he knew if his boyfriend had a child.
