He feels the warm flush of embarrassment heating his neck, moving up his throat to his cheeks then to his ears, burning at the insinuation the serpent dealer was making. “Do you mean… do you mean sex? You’ll lower your price in exchange for sex?”
Obi-Wan sees the man’s thick tail coil in another captivating loop behind the counter, and the man’s tongue flicks out again, tasting the subtle changes in Obi-Wan’s scent. Obi-Wan wonders if he could taste his embarrassment, his surprise, his curiosity.
“Yes, sex,” the dealer confirms. “But not with me. Not for tonight.”
