Summary
James takes a deep breath as he sinks down onto his bed, book in hand and dressed in comfy clothes. Usually on Hogsmeade weekend he goes with Sirius, Pete, and Remus but the couple seemed incredibly excited about it and James and Peter decided that they would sit out on this one so the two could go on their date. So, taking the opportunity, he figured that he would spend some time reading the book that Regulus told him he had to read. He’s not sure where Pete is right now, but quite frankly, James can’t bring himself to care.
And he’s only gotten to the second chapter when the door to the room flies open and Sirius storms in, walking straight up to James’ bed, “What the hell did you do, Prongs?”

The music on Peter’s radio blared out a song James had never once heard in his life. He took a double take and listened closer to the lyrics.
Ah.
He looked over at Peter, who was nodding along to the slow rhythmical beat of the song, and sent him a questionable look.
Peter glanced, and James gestured over to the radio.“Something about you.” Peter said. James threw him a helpless look.
“What about me?” He furrowed his eyebrows thoughtfully. Peter laughed.
“The song, James. It’s called Something about you.” He explained.
“Oh. Right! Thanks, Pete!”

Summary
Regulus Black had been having a good year. He'd managed to get out of going home for the holidays, prepping for OWLs was going well, he hadn't fought with Sirius (he hadn't seen Sirius), and he, Evan, and Barty had successfully undergone the animagus transformation. Sure, he still had to successfully carry out the whole running away thing, but that was future Regulus's problem.
Everything was monotomous and predictable, just how he liked it.
At least it was, until Barty had an idea.
What if they got back at the so-called 'marauders' for all the grief they'd given the Slytherins over the years? And with their animagus forms, it's not like they'd be seen or caught...
What could possibly go wrong?

James cut him off, a yell of excitement slipping from his lips as he pulled him into a hug so tight he felt Remus begin to squirm in his hold. “I would love to, Remus!” he beamed, wiping a few tears from his face. “You won’t regret this, either of you.”
“Well, you might,” Sirius grimaced, chuckling. “You’ll have to spend a lot of time with Regulus. And he may not be in my parents’ pocket anymore but he can still be a right prat.”
“Eh, it’ll be fine,” James reassured him, not worried at all, clapping him on the back. “How bad can it be?”
