“What do you mean,” Cas says, in a voice that sounds like it just learned to form sentences, “you're pregnant?” He's definitely high. He's always fucking high, these days.
Dean scoffs. “Four billion years of earth history in that head, and you don't know what it means when someone's pregnant? Jesus, Cas, lay off the herbs.”
“I know what being pregnant means, in general terms,” Cas retorts. “I'm asking, how's it possible you're pregnant?”
“Well, you see, when a washed-up hunter and a methhead angel love each other very much-”
Cas lets out a noise that's probably supposed to be laughter. It's not the joke he's laughing at.
April, 2013. The Croatoan Virus has decimated most of the world, and Dean Winchester, the leader of one of the only remaining refugee camps, is pregnant with his ex-angel best friend's child. His brother is dead. His relationship with the father of his child is broken. No one knows he's an omega. And raising a child in this broken world feels next to impossible.
In short, he doesn't know what the fuck he's going to do.

Summary
Castiel is done. Retired, burned out, perfectly content to rot in his rundown house with bad TV and cold takeout, and he wants nothing to do with the hero life anymore. Especially not with some loud, ridiculously pretty, golden retriever idiot who literally breaks through his window and refuses to leave.
Dean Winchester has other plans. One job, he says. Just one, then he’ll disappear. Except Dean doesn’t disappear. He drags Cas back into the field, flirts like it’s an Olympic sport, somehow makes Cas’ miserable life feel a little less empty, and ‘one job’ slowly starts seeming a lot more like teamwork, before eventually becoming something that feels dangerously like family.

Summary
Dean refused to be teleported by his friend so the angel fly them back to the bunker. The celestial being neglected his wings for so long that the little trip in the sky made him require an immediate preening.
The human insisted to help due to the guilt for being the motive his friend is in pain. He didn't backtrack even when Cas told him what to do and that the angel himself would experiment arousal as a side effect. The hunter began his ministrations and was surprised that the oil coming from the wings smells so sweet… so of course he had to taste it, completely unaware that those heavenly fluids had an aphrodisiac effect on him, causing an overproduction of sperms he needs to shoot out as fast as possible (for the matter of his health, of course).

Dr. Novak spends the rest of the class going over boring details like the exam schedule, the topics they'll be covering each week. The attendance policy. A repetition of his earlier rule about no-extra-credit.
Dean barely registers any of it, even sitting in his front and center seat of the lecture hall.
"Proper name, place name, backstory stuff" is all he hears for the entirety of however-long the professor keeps droning on about the syllabus with that deep, gravelly, mature voice.
(TLDR: Destiel age-gap professor/student fanfic with more plot than necessary, anatomy and physiology, and a quite a bit of horniness. Yay!)
