Summary
Lights throbbed in Mijin's vision, sticky alcohol pasting her tongue. Her head buzzed as the music became louder and louder. The shouting, too, grew louder. Two girls.
'What? You've never even kissed anyone?' One sneered. Her lipstick smeared across her chin.
"Yes, okay!' The other yelled. She had thin hair that framed her face; she was beautiful. 'I am so obsessed with archery, I haven't even had the time to kiss someone. But look! I can be impulsive if I want! I can be fun, archery is not my life.'
The music was so loud Mijin couldn't hear her own thoughts. Couldn't hear the cry of her common sense as the tall girl pulled her into a kiss.

Curiosity sprouted in her thoughts as she glanced over at the girl; not so much in Hari, but in herself. Hari’s head was still bent over, her eyes in focused withdrawal, but her hand was trembling lightly even as she wrote, and the distinct scent of liquor surrounded her and betrayed her focus. Gods, this fucking athlete. Mijin drew her thoughts away from the girl thrown in the sheets, hair light and messy over the sheets, those focused eyes rolled back. She shook her head, groaning loudly as a twinge of pain thrummed through it.
