Summary
In the forgotten margins of a false and lost world, a soul wanders among the dust of broken promises and masks that it never learned to remove. Her smile, sewn with threads of courtesy and tiredness, begins to fray when a familiar figure, too similar to someone who once made her feel alive, awakens the ghosts that she had kept silent for so long.
Between applause that applauds no one and games that no longer entertain, that soul breaks. Not suddenly, but with the meticulous slowness of oblivion. The voices in her head multiply, reality breaks down, and what was once love, understanding or comfort... becomes a distorted reflection of desire, rage and abandonment.

En los márgenes olvidados de un mudo falso y perdido, un alma deambula entre el polvo de promesas rotas y máscaras que jamás aprendió a quitarse. Su sonrisa, cosida con hilos de cortesía y cansancio, comienza a deshilacharse cuando una figura familiar, demasiado parecida a alguien que una vez la hizo sentir viva, despierta los fantasmas que tanto tiempo había callado.
Entre aplausos que no aplauden a nadie y juegos que ya no divierten, aquella alma se rompe. No de golpe, sino con la lentitud meticulosa del olvido. Las voces en su cabeza se multiplican, la realidad se descompone, y lo que alguna vez fue amor, comprensión o consuelo... se convierte en un reflejo distorsionado de deseo, rabia y abandono.

Summary
The discovery of the new world is on everyone's mouths, hundreds of ships sail the sea heading for the lost land in search of glory, adventure, and the great mystery it hides.
Anne, Sasha, and Marcy, three best friends who at the age of seven had to separate to follow their own paths in life, as adults they join the long line of hunters who set sail on the expedition to The New World. They did not know what they would find there, but their reunion was definitely not on the list. The stupidity and innocence of their hearts make them not recognize each other at first, but when the realization hits them not even a whole army of elder dragons will be able to separate them again.
Monster Hunter: Amphibia Anthologies is an Amphibia AU centered on the Monster Hunter Universe with random stories of the calamity trio filled with all sorts of adventures, comedy, and drama.

We all have unattainable wishes and desires, it is human to want something that we know we cannot achieve, we are all tied to the coming and going of our hearts, but we are never willing to pay the price, when the fruit of our ambition is put on a silver tray in exchange for something, we always refuse such retribution, there are rare those who do not mind losing everything for their wishes, who do not hesitate to sacrifice their miserable existence for a "Maybe". They are called fools, ambitious, monsters, words full of envy because they have a value that others have lost.
Marcy Wu receives a letter, the content is short and concise, but the words and the name embodied there lead to a great mystery, it was from Anne, her girlfriend who had died of a strange illness three years ago. The letter states that she is waiting for her in Silent Hill, in a "special place" that Marcy can't remember. With her heart still longing to reunite with the love of her life, the woman enters the town of the silent hills, unaware of an even more important piece that she is missing of the darkness that lies deep within her being, how to achieve her desire, she must be willing to pay the price.

Todos tenemos deseos y anhelos inalcanzables, es de humanos querer algo que sabemos que no podemos conseguir, todos estamos atados al va y ven de nuestros corazones, pero nunca estamos dispuestos a pagar el precio, cuando el fruto de nuestra ambición se pone en bandeja de plata a cambio de algo, siempre nos negamos a tal retribución, son raros aquellos que no dudan en sacrificar su misera existencia por un "Quizá". Se los llama tontos, ambiciosos, monstruos, palabras llenas de envidia porque ellos tienen un valor que otros han perdido.
Marcy Wu recibe una carta, el contenido es corto y conciso, mas la letra y el nombre ahí plasmados se desembocan en un gran misterio, era de Anne, su novia, quien había muerto de una extraña enfermedad hace tres años. La carta afirma que ella la está esperando en Silent Hill, en un "lugar especial" que Marcy no puede recordar. Con su corazón aun anhelante por reencontrarse con el amor de su vida, la mujer se adentra en el pueblo de las colinas silenciosas, ignorante de una pieza aún mas importante que le hace falta, de la oscuridad que yace en lo profundo de su ser, de como para alcanzar su deseo, debe estar dispuesta a pagar el precio.
