Fated mates exist, yes they do. A fated mate is someone that's supposed to be your other half, someone that is designed just for you, to accompany you as long as you live and vice versa. But most people end up never meeting their partner, rare for them to find the person that the universe had matched them with. So they just date other people, fall in love with them and just get married. It's not abnormal and the possibility of meeting your fated partner is barely half a percentage. It's better to choose what you're sure of rather than something that is blurry.
But it's still fun to tell the stories of fated mates to children, make them wish and dream about finding their fated partner whom they will spend their whole lives with together. And he was one of them. Yeonjun was one of the children that had listened to the stories of fated mates with stars in his eyes, a little Yeonjun dreaming about finding someone that he could love, someone he could cherish.
