Summary
Reki still hasn’t won a race. Two particularly memorable losses and their penalties.
Loss 2:
“Let’s do this quick. I got a date with my girl after this. Celebrating my win.” Dude had a cocky smirk on his face and started pushing Reki down by the shoulders right there in front of the door.
“Hold on a minute man! Don’t you want to get a chair on something?” Reki tried to push up against the pressure on his shoulders, but the dude was stronger. Reki dropped, knees hitting the floor.
Loss 7:
“Alright, how about this. If I win, I’ll take you back to my shop, The Stone, and I give you any piercing I want. Yeah?”
“What if I win?”
“Then I give you any piercing you want, for free. How about it?”
“Uh, okay. Just not my face. It’d be hard to hide at school.”
“You got a deal. I’ll give you directions. It’s a small place down an alley, the windows are covered with posters. It should be easy to find.”

“It’s not really something people will talk to kids about, you know? Probably why no one has said anything, they all think you’re too young and won't be able to do it.”
Reki puffed his chest out, uncaring that it pushed him closer to Sho.
“I might be a kid but I’m not a kid ! I can totally do it! What is it?!”
~Reki is finally at S! But, why will no one skate a match with him?! Penalty? No one told him about that!

That was probably it! This guy probably loved skateboarding as much as he did if he was this hype about working at S.
