    The comment attracted the attention of a couple of the other players, who turned in their direction. Aggie was going to die of mortification. She had never wished more fervently that she could simply dissolve into thin air.
    “She is.” Lucy confirmed pointing at her own phone. “Jana told Ona.”
    Moving the phone away from her face so Jana could not hear her, she pushed Niamh away. Her cheeks were so flushed that she might as well combust. “Go to hell.” Some footballers chuckled at their sisterly behaviour.
    Jana, unaware of the distress Aggie was in, carried on talking. “And maybe I could make you dinner to return the favour of bringing me soup when I was sick?”
