With no legitimacy issues to call into question, this is my take on Vaemond's petition and the chaotic dinner afterwards.
This is a sort of prequel to my other ongoing fanfic "Can the Cut stop bleeding" because it gives backstory to some upcoming chapters.

Summary
The crown Princess and the prince consort of the Seven Kingdoms of Westoros were suddenly struck with an intense fever for a whole day while she was in her second trimester with their first ever child. Wherein they were approached by the Gods of Old Valaria who had foreseen a great demise to their chosen family from the doom of the once prosperous empire of Valaeria be demolish, and so with a vengeance, they had to show their chosen champions the error they were to make right but this time with some divine intervention.
The future Queen and King consort were highly repulsed at having witnessed such future horror of their house by the mercy of the Gods of their ancestors, that they made a pact to do their duty with making their future dominion love them so much that the people will revolt if ever the Crown were to be usurped from her again or die trying to make them all rue the day any of them even imagine the thought of the so called green grasping vipers ursurption schemes while further be begging and praying that Maegor the Cruel could deliver them from the future monarchs.Bookmarked by KMarlyD
