Or at least that's how you told yourself as the days continued. It began taking more and more effort to even do simple necessities like showering and sleeping. You were a walking corpse. But you told yourself, "Hey at least I'm alive".

Highly intelligent and with a ruthless streak, he is desperate to scramble his way out of destitution and slavery and ends up serving the Stark family and Sansa in particular.
To Petyr, the Starks are just pawns, and he is willing to justify all means to reach his ultimate goals, until his evolving feelings for his mistress complicate all of his well-laid-out plans.

It started with a book. Collige Virgo Rosas and Other Literary Motifs in Westerosi Literature, by S. Tarly.
Sansa had to read it for her Mythology Course and hand in a 4000 word essay next week. She was used to working to a tight deadline (she was in her fourth year of university, and between essays and fiction books she usually read about 40 books per semester). The problem was that this particular book was discontinued and there was only one available copy at the university library.
