Zoro’s a heavy drinker, pretty much limitless when he’s serious about it, though right now, it feels like the alcohol has hit him too fast, too heavy like a punch to his guts, his vision blurring at the edges—focuses on that one point. On that hand, on that touch that anchors what’s little left of his sobriety to the present.

Summary
“Ne, Zoro, come with me,” Luffy said, giggling, pulling him closer. “You’re going to be a part of my court.”
Contrary to what most people believed, hell was a rather cold place. Zoro had been quite used to it, the lack of light, the vast glaciers, his body no longer as fragile as it was eons ago, and so a simple touch like this from Luffy, from the sun, made him feel like his flesh was scorched—melting away easily like winter in summer’s heat.
They were close, so close that their foreheads were almost touching, and despite the burn of it, Zoro didn’t push him away. He smirked, his one eye glowing just as red as Luffy’s.
“Don’t decide something on your own, idiot.”

Summary
“Your arm is huge,” Luffy says the word huge with such astonishment that it even makes Zoro himself wonder if his arm is really that big. He keeps his eyes closed, deciding to not give in to the comment and instead lets his captain poke him some more.
There’s a pause. Zoro waits. Then he hears Luffy lean in.
“I want to bite your arm.”
