And obviously they didn’t spend all their time together - they had their own friend groups they enjoyed spending time with, and Milena liked to go off campus to friend’s houses in the area during the weekend to get away. Lambert was himself, of course, and needed his alone time as well, and he happily chilled in his room playing games in between the occasional email from Milena. Weirdly it wasn’t the same need for alone time that Lambert would normally require after so much time spent with someone, but he didn’t question it too hard. Aiden didn’t drain Lambert like most others did either, though the little shit definitely drained him more than Milena did.
It was nice, it was great, and Lambert totally and so wasn’t falling for her, you fucking got that?

Lambert, senior in college, meets sophomore Milena in his Comms 101 class. She's smart, funny, and really fucking pretty but she'd never go for a guy like him.

Summary
Soap and Gaz have been having trouble sleeping lately, Soap more than Gaz. Gaz mentioned to Price that he’d been having a strange, reoccurring nightmare recently, about running through Al Mazrah from people called “Infected”. Ghost and Price brush the thought away, knowing it was no where near uncommon for soldiers to have odd nightmares in response to what they’ve seen.
But when Soap doesn’t show up for training one day, Ghost learns that maybe… dreams are contagious.

Alright here’s the deal. I wanted to write a story involving the gamemode Giant Infection, and this is the result. It low key heartbreaking, somewhat funny at parts, with a good bit of pining from Ghost for Soap. As well as eventual getting together <3
