To set the scene: Chloe is still the pariah of the LAPD, Olivia Monroe is still the lieutenant of the homicide detectives. When Chloe gets the Gillian Taylor case, she is without a partner, but it will be her first case with Ella as forensic expert.

Summary
There are many fan-fics about Rory showing up somewhere in season four, five, six to either fix things or to be angry at Lucifer. So let me make my own: Rory showing up at a different moment, at a different place and with a different intention. We’re in season one, episode ten: Chef Javier is murdered. Penelope had come at the crime scene and wants a family diner. Trixie ran to the Lux to escape her mom and her nana having words. That’s where we start: around twenty-three minutes into this episode. Trixie is talking with Maze. Chloe is on her way to pick up her daughter.
Chapters 1, 2 and 3 are the story. Chapters 4 and beyond show how some humans and angels fit after the story. Chapter 8 is Rory at school. Chapter 10 is only Xmas fluff.

Summary
It shouldn’t bother her, seeing Lucifer with another woman, not when she’s seen him in much more compromising positions than a hug, but there was something about that moment that felt...well, momentous.
When Chloe goes to talk to Lucifer after the necklace case and finds him with Eve, she's crushed and rushes out before they can see her. Lucifer follows. If that isn't bad enough, it starts raining.
