"Daozhang, how can I help you?" a gentle voice came from his right. Lan Wangji turned his head, finding a man with a friendly smile on his face. He was also a cultivator, judging by the white robes he wore and the spiritual energy Lan Wangji could feel coming from him, pulsating and warm like the sun. But unlike him, this man belonged to the world of the living.
Lan Wangji bowed in a polite salute.
"Greetings, fellow cultivator. I'm looking for information."
"What is daozhang looking for?"
Lan Wangji took a deep breath, needlessly, only to have a second to prepare himself.
