    When Will Byers gets paired with Chance for a school project during junior year, it's the last thing he needs—especially with Mike being a complete ass about everything lately. What starts as awkward library study sessions slowly transforms into late-night project work at each other's houses, and Will begins to realize that Chance isn't who he thought he was at all.
    As their partnership deepens and Will's feelings grow into something he can't quite name, something else stirs beneath the surface—a creeping, familiar dread. A sickness in his gut that whispers the Upside Down isn't as gone as everyone wants to believe.
