Summary
Dusty is Khajiit of two thousand and some centuries old. He lived through the Oblivion crisis, the Dragon crisis, the attempted genocide by the Elves and then the attempted genocide on his own people. During that time, he only had a handful of rules to keep himself sane.
a) I am an immortal vampire. I will not die a natural death. Do not make connections with other beings, for they are mortal and will die of old age.
b) Do not get attached.
c) I am an Vampiric battle mage veteran of two thousand and some centuries old.
d) I literally grow stronger with every passing year. What's little more then a tap for me, is a death sentence for everyone else.
e) Refer to rule B.Centuries later, Dusty takes what he thinks is a standard mining job. Things do not go according to plan.

OH my god, I hadn't even realized we were a full year later! Anyway, as the title says, this story is OUTDATED. The other story will have its chapters REPLACED but THIS story will remain untouched.Dusty, a Vampire Khajiit, starts what he thinks is just a regular mining job, but it gets complicated very quickly. He's directed to find a mysterious Artifact and upon retrieving it, he wakes up with memory loss, to realize he's younger AND he has a heart beat again. All are things that are supposed to be impossible.
Oh, and the world is conspiring to get him back in diapers from the four chapter (part one) onwards.
