Summary
Yunli doesn't know when she started looking at Yanqing as if he was the sun — nor does she know when she started craving the sound of his laughter in the loudest places. She finds herself looking up at the stars at night, praying to any Aeon that was listening to never take her away from his side.
Here's the thing, though: she knows what's happening and she's scared. Because it will hurt. Their fleeting touches, the smallest smiles exchanged, even the stolen glances when one of them realizes the other was around. It all hurts.
But maybe… the pain of these flowers will be worth it in the end. Because it's Yanqing. And in Yunli's eyes, Yanqing is always worth it.
