Summary
When he was on his deathbed, he probably wouldn’t remember this day. Nothing spectacular or life changing had happened. It had just been him and Emma, living their life and doing these things together that had to be done. It had just been a day.

Summary
He was tempted to ignore the call, but in the end, he knew he couldn’t do that. Not to her.
“Hey,” he answered. He put her on speaker so he could keep typing.
“I’m sorry,” were her first words. They were rushed and she sounded breathless and he wondered how insane the ED had been for her that day.

Summary
Purely fictional, of course. Sansa knew that something like that would never happen. She and Jon were so far removed from another, she couldn’t remember the last time she and Jon had exchanged words. (Lie. She knew it was at the small baby shower her mother threw for her before Brandon’s birth and Jon had gifted her a pirate ship bath toy.)

Summary
“Did you want to test me out to see if I’m a complete fake?” Jon hesitated and Sansa knew that that was exactly what he had been doing. “You would be far from the first. Even with me being on a strict referral basis.”
“My mom and I were at a county fair one year and there was a woman… she had one of those balls in the middle of a table and I saw her flick the switch that made the light in the ball come on. I wasn’t supposed to see her do that.”
Sansa’s mouth stretched into a full smile. She almost laughed. “No orbs needed for what I do.”

Summary
Ros liked playing detective with her woodland creature toys and dollhouse. Thankfully, none of the woodland creatures murdered each other. Jon and Sansa would have to take their daughter to a child psychologist if she started playing out those kinds of storylines. When it came to new crimes, someone stole Mrs. Bear’s freshly baked cherry pie. Someone took Mr. Turtle’s bicycle and crashed it before running away from the scene. And now, poor Mr. Otter was trapped on the roof. Those woodland creatures needed to be kinder to each other, in Sansa’s opinion.

Summary
No one in her family had ever done this before. Her parents were true soulmates. Sansa hated to admit that she partially blamed them for giving her such high expectations of marriage and love. Her brother and his wife, Jeyne (Westerling), had just celebrated their twelfth wedding anniversary. None of her grandparents, aunts or uncles had ever been divorced. Sansa Stark was the first in her whole family to have this distinct honor. So there was no one she could ask for help or advice.
When she told her parents that she wanted to file first, Ned and Catelyn did what they did with all of their children when one of them came to them. They dove right in and helped the best they could. Googling divorce lawyers seemed to be the only thing they could do and from there, they read reviews because just like restaurants and hair salons, divorce lawyers were online-reviewed, too.

Ghost wasn’t in the bedroom with them but she wasn’t worried and after Sansa went to the bathroom and then into the kitchen to start brewing coffee, she poked her head into the mud room. Sure enough, Ghost was sleeping on the floor, waiting for Jon to return. Sansa smiled and crouched down next to him. His tail thumped against the floor as she rubbed him behind his ear.
“I know. Night shift is hard on all of us,” she said to the dog, gently and quietly.

Summary
Sansa laughed while her stomach tightened. She certainly did not have a crush on her neighbor. That would be far too clichéd and too complicated and it was not a mess she wanted to invite into her life. She openly admitted, when Jeyne teased her, that yes, she thought Jon Snow was exceptionally good looking but there was nothing more to it. She could not be attracted to a man with a man bun though if anyone looked good with such a hairstyle, it was this man.
