Summary
The return of the Calamity has been foretold. And while the peoples of Hyrule are united in their preparations to oppose it, there are some who believe the current king of the Gerudo would best be kept under watchful eyes, if for no other reason than his name.
Fearing for his people’s wellbeing if he doesn’t comply, and all too familiar with the legends of his ancient predecessors, Ganon willingly places himself in Hylian protective custody until the threat of the Calamity has passed. He’s resigned to a lonely, unpleasant stay at Hyrule Castle, until he meets the Hylian royal guard assigned to protect him.
Sir Link surpasses his every expectation from day one, fiercely loyal and courageous to a fault, uncaring of the suspicions that surround Ganon—not to mention incredibly charming. But as they grow closer, Ganon can’t help but wonder if their fates will tear them apart again before this is all over.
“You should see royal guard training.”
Link gives him a cheeky grin that takes his already pretty face and makes it downright stunning, bruises and all. Ganon finds himself smiling back, even while he wonders what on earth the Hylians put their finest knights through.

Ganondorf stands as a last bastion for his people as the Zonai and Hylian armies amass at their borders, held back only by the sandstorms and monsters now crawling their way out of newly formed holes deep in the earth.
That is why he is looking for allies, and finds two. One is the mysterious Sage of Time, the only person to hold the ear of the king and to look at him with something approaching respect. The other is a scappy cross dressing warrior who breaks into his rooms to cook.
Somehow, he can't imagine this ending well.

In a world where soulmates are found by matching marks on ones wrist, the desert king waits for the day he would find his fated one; much like the young man of Hyrule waits for the day he would have enough coin to make his way from his small village to the great castle to show once and for all to himself that he is fated for the great Princess Zelda whom he had 'loved' since he heard stories of her when he was just a young boy.

Summary
A hundred-year sleep and a complete loss of memory aren’t enough to keep Link from finishing the job he’d left undone. The Calamity is sealed. The worst is over. They’ve even managed to come out of this ordeal without grievous injury, Link and the princess both—even Ganondorf, whose survival should have been impossible.
They’re here now, though, and safe. But as Link very quickly comes to understand, safe doesn’t necessarily mean whole.
His head’s a jumbled up mess these days, but he’s determined to push through it all the same, to figure out this whole After situation. It’s just, getting swept up in Ganon’s very intense presence isn’t really conducive to him thinking straight…
Because the thing is, no matter how hard Link had laughed earlier, no matter how relieved he is that this whole mess is finally over, he still hasn’t shaken that itch in the back of his mind. The hole in his memories is still there, demanding his attention as much as it ever has. The hurry voice isn’t gone. It’s only changed, urging him now to remember instead.

A BOTW/TOTK grounded AU where Ganon is the king of the Gerudo and isn't a bad guy! I imagine that this is a reincarnation where instead of the calamity over taking him, the trio are given a peaceful life.
When the king returns from his travels, the last thing he expects is to find the town enraptured with the Hylian vai who runs errands and fights moldugas one on one. Despite being mute, he quickly enjoys their encounters, but will the truth come out and destroy what they have created?
