Summary
The Valentine's toons are from a cancelled event episode— Similarly to the old headcanon of holiday toons hiding in the basement, these guys actually were, hidden in some kind of basement area as they were scrapped characters and not allowed to introduce themselves to kids. Now, after leaving this area a couple years after shut down, they make an attempt to introduce romance to the toons around them, all the while an operation to research and eventually leave the building occurs for reasons they have yet to understand.
