Summary
Seonghwa turned on his barstool, letting his gaze sweep over the room. The music, the lights, the uninhibited joy that radiated from every corner—it was intoxicating in a way that no drink could ever match. A group of people nearby caught his eye, their laughter rising above the din as they clinked their glasses together. One of them, an omega with dark curls and a mischievous grin, noticed Seonghwa looking and raised his glass in a friendly salute.
Seonghwa hesitated. Then, slowly, he offered a small smile in return. The omega’s grin widened, and he beckoned Seonghwa over with an inviting wave.
For a moment, Seonghwa stood frozen, the nervousness in his stomach threatening to anchor him in place. But then he slid off his stool, each step towards the group feeling like freedom kissing his lips for the first time. The laughter grew louder, the warmth of their camaraderie pulling him in like a moth to flame.
Tonight, he was just Seonghwa. And for the first time in his life, he felt like he could breathe. He felt free.
And he intended to savor every single moment.

Summary
When the shirt fell open, Hongjoong let his hands wander, palms gliding over the newly exposed skin. His touch was slow, tracing the subtle curve of Seonghwa’s waist before sliding towards his stomach. The warmth beneath his fingertips sent a rush of satisfaction through him, but as he pushed his hand upward, something unexpected met his touch—something unmistakably soft, bare, and warm.
Hongjoong froze for a moment. His breath hitched, and with a sudden need to confirm what his fingers had already told him, he pulled back from the kiss, breaking the heated exchange to glance downward.
Hongjoong felt his breath catch in his throat. The sight was enough to make Hongjoong pause, his fingers momentarily freezing against the soft material.
Seonghwa wasn’t wearing anything beneath the shirt.

Summary
"Please don’t let him see me. Please."
The words cracked in the air desperately. But the man in glasses didn’t flinch. There was no response, no softening, no flicker of hesitation in the set of his jaw.
"Please, San."
The name was a whisper of a memory—once spoken in laughter, in trust. Now, it was shaped by terror.
"You’ve known me for so long. Don’t give me to him.”
Bound hands strained, reaching for something in San that might still remember who they once were. But San remained motionless, his expression remained impenetrable, a wall of resolve where there should have been empathy.
“Please. I’m sorry. Please.”
The words fell apart, one after the other, like a man unraveling at the feet of someone who used to care.

He wants to be wanted for more than just his body and pretty face, but maybe this wish is unrealistic, something that only exists in the romance novels that Wooyoung loves so much.
To save his sanity, Wooyoung forbids himself from dating. Anyone.
But soon after he makes his decision, he starts to find this promise to himself more difficult to keep than expected.
To put it more simply, Choi San, you have some terrible timing.
