Sometimes, a simple gesture can cause a cascade of responses. A coffee brewed in the morning, cuddling in bed together. These are all provable, concrete things that Alastor can see and feel; the affections of someone else towards the Radio Demon.
A lack of a gesture can also mean many things, and Alastor knows all too well how that feels.

A low growl fell from Lucifer’s mouth, red bleeding into yellow as winged ears fluttered in aggravation. “You’re pushing it, bellhop.”
That damned nickname was the tipping point for Alastor, his antlers now at least five points over their usual stubs. “Then let me push you, Mon petit diable (My little devil).”
