She’d taken off that small, useless fur coat she wore around her neck, and the sight of her bare shoulders did wonders for Scaramouche’s imagination. “Rule number three—and this is the most important rule, so I expect you to listen—you can’t—you…” She sucked in a breath, her words tapering off into a small sound that sounded suspiciously close to a whine. “You can’t touch me if I’m not touching you.”
