Vi paused in her tracks, glancing over her shoulder, and her eyes locked onto Caitlyn's form. She was locked in a heated discussion with the receptionist, making Vi sigh and roll her eyes.
She walked over to Caitlyn, shooting a charming smile at the receptionist before she turned her gaze to Caitlyn, grabbing her bicep. “Come on, princess. You can room with me tonight so this poor receptionist doesn't die from the glare you give her.”
She turned to the receptionist again. “I’m sorry about her. She’s an only child and doesn't know the concept of patience.” Vi drawled, shooting a glare at Caitlyn before she dragged her towards the elevator. She grabbed the other woman's Mercedes backpack and shrugged it over her shoulder along with her own.
“I’m not a child. You can just drag around, Violet!” Caitlyn protested with a hiss.
“Then stop acting like one!”
