Summary
Steve and Bucky are finally living the life that was taken from them all those years ago. After the battle against Thanos, Steve completing the mission to return the infinity stones to their places of origin, and everything else they had to go through, he decided it was time to prioritize the relationship they had left so many years ago pause.
And happy with the life they were leading, they forgot that feeling so much love, being sexually active, and a truly united marriage could lead them to conceive life.
Neither Steve nor Bucky know how to react to such unexpected news but they know that this was the result of their love and despite their fears and insecurities, as long as they stayed together they would overcome that and more.

William has always been a playful and generous lover to rival the focused intensity of his wife, but even in his moments of easy leisure when he sits back to let Adam and Elizabeth come together, he is nonetheless always there to watch.

“William…is not here,” Adam says, blinking slowly. The room becomes a touch more stifling with the rippling heat of the fire. Her handsome creature seems quite uncertain but remains interested all the same, Elizabeth privately notes, if the wide dilation of the black iris that flashes gold is any indicator.
“No, and he’ll be gone for nearly a fortnight,” she says softly, bringing up her other hand to clasp them around Adam’s long, graceful palm. “Did you expect to leave me to sleep alone in my marriage bed for the next two weeks? William certainly didn’t.”
