After a heated argument at her twenty first birthday, Shadow lets it slip that he doesn’t approve of Sonic and Amy’s relationship, straining his friendship with the pink hedgehog.
Five years later, Amy calls Shadow out of the blue wishing to talk. They meet at his apartment, where Amy lets it slip that she’s broken up with Sonic, and has come seeking reconciliation, noting that Shadow was indeed right on his assessment of their relationship.
As the two begin reminiscing on their past friendship, feelings that had never been mentioned before end up coming up in conversation, leading the two to an unexpected evening.
One they’ll never forget.
