Summary
Dennis Whitaker, an android who's purpose was to work on the farm in Nebraska, had always been entranced by what ever medical book or article he came across. One day he witnessed someone close get injured and couldn't do anything. Thats when it clicked, that he couldn't live like this anymore... So he left.
He didn’t expect to be this far from home, yet here he was in Pittsburgh at the PTMC under the disguise of a 4 year med student.

Michael Robinavitch has always been against the changes at the PTMC, especially during the rise of AI and androids. His annoyance only turns to full on hatred for it all when his mentor, Dr. Adamson, died due to an overdose caused by android error. Whenever he gets the chance, he will refuse to work along side an android.
With recent additions, he unfortunately is forced to tolerate it so that Gloria Underwood stays off his ass.

‘I don’t recommend this to anyone, but I think you specifically should try getting high’ Robert had suggested.
It seemed innocuous at the time, an offhanded comment after a report regarding some teens, but the suggestion lingered in his head night after night. Would it really help? Make him better to work with?

Herman always had a... complicated relationship with his powers, far more than the average super. So when he was offered a special drug by one of Sonar's old buddies, something that could help him control his powers? Why would he pass up the chance for something he'd dreamed of for years?
(This fic is waterboy-centered and revolves around themes of addiction and mental illness, i am aiming for a happy ending but will i get there? only time will tell XD)

Robert took a look at the workspace now exposed to him, surprised, he had been highly mistaken.
Kneeling to the side of him, was their only janitor, Waterboy.

After Robert forgets something back at the SDN building late at night, he makes his way back, only to meet the frightful janitor by surprise.
Some heartfelt conversations are said, heartwarming confessions are made, and heart racing sex is ensued.
