"He rubbed the tears from his eyes, scrambling to his feet as his lungs burned. Not pausing even a minute, as he made his way back to his captain.
"Luffy! I'm so stupid! I'm so very stupid for doubting y'all! I can't do this! I can't! I need my family! My real family!
With tears obscuring his vision he came upon the place Luffy vowed to be.
"LUFFY! I LIED! I WANNA GO HO-me?" He skid to a stop, hunched over and gasping for air.
When he finally straightened up, he felt the world around him stop.
He rubbed his eyes, not trusting what he was seeing. Or better yet, what he WASN'T seeing.
Luffy wasn't there.

Summary
Sanji had a bad stomach ache, as the night goes on it only gets worse.
Turns out it wasn’t a stomach ache, it was a baby. A baby that didn’t survive his lifestyle choices while he was pregnant.Sanji never wanted kids, specially not in his early 20s, they would get in the way of his dream to find the All Blue.
But after this experience he can’t stop himself from thinking about how he might want kids.

Follow along as Sanji struggles mentally, from this experience and past ones.
How he hides what’s happening from his crew, including the fact he gave birth.
How he copes with the loss of a child he hadn’t even known about till it was too late.
Him trying to figure out where he wants to go from here.
And him trying to ignore his feelings from the man who got him pregnant in the first place.( we will get other babies in this story, do not fret )
