The guy frowns, his dark brows scrunching up on a pale, freckled forehead. He looks relaxed, comfortable in his expensive-looking green sweater. He exhales smoke from his mouth before he speaks again, voice low and lazy.
“What was your name again?”
“Lexi,” she answers, her own frown appearing as she takes this guy in.
“Lexi,” he repeats, as if trying out the sound. “I like that. That’s a nice name.”
