Summary
No, Jonas could not feel sorry for Tadej Pogačar, not after what he had done. Instead, he fixes Tadej with a dark glare and coldly throws at him.
“And did she know that her beloved grandson was actually a manipulator and a liar? Was she still so proud of you? She must have been proud, right, to see the little slut you became?”
Tadej flinches and lowers his head in shame. He does not even dare to meet Jonas’s gaze, and it makes Jonas’s blood boil. After all the moments they shared together, Tadej does not even have the courage to look him in the eye.
“Jonas, I… can we talk about this?”
Talk about it.
Jonas had tried countless times years ago to do exactly that, but Tadej had cowardly run away from the conversation. He avoided him, did not answer his calls. Tadej betrayed him, abandoned him without the slightest explanation.
“So now you want to talk, is that it?”
Tadej Pogačar. A name Jonas hates. He hates it more than anything and thought he was done with him.

Summary
With a tired look on his face, Jonas walks through the doors of his university and into the endless corridors.
"Oh, come on, Vingegaard, don't play innocent! We're in journalism school, everyone saw the articles. You think we didn't recognize you in the picture? But now we understand how you make your money."
"What are you talking about? What kind of nonsense are you making up now?"
He shoves the screen in front of Jonas's eyes. Jonas almost chokes on his own saliva, gasping in surprise.

“Shockwaves in the peloton: Tadej Pogačar, world number one, gay? The Slovenian star's sexual orientation revealed?”
It can't be... The completely drunk asshole Jonas saw the night before is the current best cyclist.

War...
For as long as Jonas can remember, war has been part of his life. The war between the Kingdom of Ardonyria and the Kingdom of Gelindel had already broken out when Jonas was born. War has cradled Jonas' life from an early age, formed and trained for war since Jonas was old enough to walk.
“You will make your father proud. You'll follow in his footsteps and be an even greater man than he was. "
“Why. .. why are you doing this?” spits Jonas, his voice trembling. « Why do you treat me like this? Why... why don't you treat me like any other prisoner! “
“Jonas...” Tadej murmurs softly, his words like flames in the cold, calm, reassuring, “I don't want to hurt you, I promise, I just want to help you, please don't force me to hurt you.”
“Why,” Jonas repeats, his voice breaking. “You should hate me... you should kill me! Why don't you! Why do you insist on doing this? I'm not worth it!”
“When was the last time you had a choice? “ asks Tadej in a soft but firm voice.
Why didn't Prince Tadej Pogačar kill him when he had the chance?
