Summary
According to Captain America: Civil War, the Sokovia Accords are a set of regulations for the activity of the Avengers and Enhanced Individuals. The Accords are based off of the Superhero Registration Act from the Marvel Comics, and were ratified by 117 countries. But are the Accords really the best solution? Who was right, Team Iron Man or Team Cap? How can the Accords be modified to truly make the world a safer place.
Disclaimer: I am firmly Team Cap and anti-Accords due to my own morals and political views (at least in the way it was presented in the movie), but I will try my hardest to remain as objective as possible and will not tolerate any negativity. However, feedback is greatly appreciated.

Summary
Prison makes shells out of people and monsters out of men, she knows this well enough. The time spent locked behind bars doesn't make a difference; it could be a day, three days, a week, seven years, and the outcome would still be the same. The last thing Vi had ever wanted, the one thing she had always feared, was that one day her sister would, too, be changed by concrete floors and metal bars; Vi herself had barely survived it and she had something to fight for. What does her sister have left to fight for?
Her fears are confirmed as she presses her hands to the bars, fiddling with the keys. "Jinx?" she questions tentatively, her voice trembling on the single syllable.
Jinx does not look at her. Jinx barely moves from the corner of the cell she's huddled up in; her hair spills out, long enough to cover half of the whole floor, and there are untouched trays of food and water littering what little space remains. She's barefoot, too, Vi realizes; something under her skin burns at the sight.
