This place is Sara’s heart and soul — she has poured blood, tears, and sweat into this place over the last few years, ever since striking out on her own. It has taken a while, but she is pleased with how all her efforts have paid off. She leads a simple life, guided by creating interesting art that she wants to create and honing her craft.
Fortunately, Kokomi is anything but simple. She's a series of clashing facets mixed into an ocean storm that rolls along the curve of the horizon which follows her smile. Kokomi leaves Sara with a thousand questions as the storm of her existence passes through her shop.
But Sara's job isn’t to find the answers though, she’s just here for the next tattoo — whoever else that might be on... right?

“Humm, yeah.” As soon as the words rang, a dire sense of embarrassment flooded Towa’s system. She had been so taken aback by the girl, she had forgotten about appearances and presentation. For good measure, she made her eyes flare up, then continued with a booming voice. “Y-You have summoned me, at the price of your soul. I can grant you one wish, and upon its realization, you shall surrender it to me. Your soul that is. For— for all eternity.”
Overwhelmed by the urge to rock back and forth on her inexistant feet, her foggy form ended up just swaying awkwardly from side to side.
The girl — Nene, her name was Nene, Towa reminded herself — merely nodded weakly before getting caught in a coughing fit. Her frame shook violently, struggling to even double over because of the amount of wires stringing her down. After a few cavernous coughs resonating between her ribs, her breath eventually calmed down.
“My soul is just about all I have left.” She nodded towards her bed-ridden body with a small derisory laugh. “You can have it.”

A rough push on her shoulders halts Ningguang’s sentence, pushing her back down on the bed, forcing her to look up. The sight of Keqing being so disgruntled and needy for attention grants Ningguang utter joy. This is what she wants to see.
Keqing in her rawest and truest state is the most honest she’ll ever be in these fervid moments. Ningguang thought that if she were able to slowly divulge that feeling stored away in the depths of Keqing’s heart, she would see something even more intriguing.
The result is both haphazard and beautiful. Nothing else besides Keqing can hold Ningguang’s attention.

with a lift of the shogun's finger, general kujou sara is assigned with the navy to trudge through the dark storms of seirai island to begin the hundred-day hunt of the century.
...that's all she remembers as she opens her eyes to nothing but bright, pale hues of pink and purple instead.
(yes she's heard of the news, so it's even more reckless for kokomi to save this creature the humans called general kujou, but also: why the hell not? a tengu would probably be understanding of their plight –
and there's no one to stop her now anyway.)

Amber, having just returned from Liyue is struggling to find her footing among the winds of change in Monstadt, and is one of Jean's bridesmaids and entrusted with helping Lisa with this ordeal while Jean is stuck at work.
Immediately, Amber is drawn to the cute florist helping them out, finding herself falling heads over heels for Lumine. Lumine is also intrigued by the bright ray of sunshine that is Amber that beams into the flowershop, making the everything seem so much livelier and lovelier.
Too bad Lumine thinks Amber and Lisa are the ones getting married.
