Summary
John gets married. Sherlock leaves the wedding reception early, but he’s fine. Fine. The seven percent solution? It helps him think.
If only Baker Street didn’t seem so empty.
But he’s perfectly okay. Never been better, in fact.
Never been better.

Summary
"Tell me about it. Time's a funny thing, I've always said that!" Crowley throws himself into a ramble, because that's what he's always done when all else failed him. "It's even funnier when it happens to people who haven't the foggiest idea how it works. Some humans haven't even bothered much about any amount of time longer than an hour. Have you heard that silly verse they used to sing to measure the time needed to boil an egg —"
"My dearest." Aziraphale cries, putting an effective end to Crowley's tirade. Because he says it right against Crowley's shocked mouth. And Crowley may not have had a very successful career as a demon, or a very long one as a human, but he's not an idiot, thank you very much.
When his one true love is kissing him, he happily shuts up and kisses back.
(or; a finale fix-it, so major spoilers ahead. they get their eternal love.)

Summary
“What do you want, Crowley?”
He wanted a lot of things. He wanted everything to be back the way it was. He wanted to dine at the Ritz, drinking and talking and laughing without another care in the world.
”I want…” Crowley paused, exhaling slowly. “I want us to live, angel.”

“I have standards,” Aziraphale huffed.
“Don’t I know it,” Crowley sighed. And then, like he’d done it a hundred times before, he covered Aziraphale’s hand with his.

Summary
As their lunch stretches on Aziraphale slowly comes to realize that Crowley is—enjoying him. Enjoying Aziraphale’s conversation, and company, far more openly than he has in most of Aziraphale’s memory. And Aziraphale knows that he himself is just chattering on, letting conversational tangents carry him along, and—it’s definitely relief, for him, knowing for the first time in a long time that they aren’t being watched, that no one is keeping score for now.
