Summary
Different timelines have converged into one. Gogeta from the time and moment of battling it out with Omega Shenron, and Vegeto from the time of fighting Majin Buu, find themselves ripped from their timeline and into time, sometime after Goku and Vegeta have dealt with Goku Black. Things have been peaceful for the two saiyans, though much has changed. A branch cracked under his foot.
The monkey in the river froze. Slowly, he turned, eyes sharp and full of suspicion.
“Who’s there?” His voice sliced through the air like a whip.
Kakarot tried to back away but tripped and fell off the branch with a loud, dramatic thud. The bananas rolled across the ground.
The river monkey’s eyes went wide. Kakarot, covered in dirt, lifted his head slowly and tried to smile.
“…hi?”
“Were you spying on me, you furry-tailed perv?!” the smaller monkey shouted.
Kakarot turned as red as a ripe guava.
“N-no! I swear! I was just... looking for fruit!” He pointed to the bananas as if they were irrefutable proof of his innocence.
