Summary
When Guren Ichinose and Kureto Hiragi were teenagers, Guren had discovered he was pregnant with identical twins. The two are forced to go their separate ways.
Eight years later, Mizuki Hiragi and Shizuka Ichinose meet at a camp where they discover that they are twins and plot to get their parents back together. At the end of camp, Shizuka heads back to Shibuya masquerading as Mizuki as Mizuki goes to Nagoya as Shizuka. Their plans are thrown into turmoil as they soon learn that Kureto is engaged, and they race against the clock to get Kureto and Guren to meet again. Omegaverse.

Summary
When they were both in the knights, even the sight of Kaeya fully clothed would drive Diluc mad, now he was walking around with half his tits out and the winery owner wouldn’t even spare him a second look.
Sometimes Kaeya wishes Diluc would be attracted to him again. Even if it’s not love, even if it’s just physical lust, but Kaeya knows he’s asking for too much. Hatred is still better than indifference and he knows that he doesn’t deserve Diluc’s forgiveness after lying to him for so many years.

Kaeya would admit that he’s a little vain, he likes it when people look at him, especially when they look like they want to devour him. It’s a confidence boost, and he’s a greedy guy.
Diluc can't stand when other people look at Kaeya with duplicitous intentions, none of them deserved to lay eyes on his brother, let alone touch him. Maybe he'll do something about it.

Summary
