Besides, its a beautiful evening! Can’t I admire nature for a second?” He gestured to the picture-like view sitting in front of them: the sky and all its beautiful hues, the trees slowly swaying in the breeze, the sound of monkeys chirping distantly.
Macaque let out a sly chuckle, turning his gaze to look in front of him. “Didn’t think you’d be one for skygazing.”

He looks up at Yuuji who is across from him devouring his pancakes, admiring the small scars Sukuna’s presence left below his eyes before reaching up and touching his own, matching ones.
Megumi worries sometimes. Seeing these marks on himself or Yuuji. Thinking maybe just for a second that Sukuna is back.
But these scars are just scars for a reason.
They act as a testament that despite what he and Yuuji went through, they’re finally safe.”

The rest of the group stared at him, but Megumi couldn't care less. He was too busy trying to process the fact that his best friend decided to bake a cake for him and his other friends went to the trouble of planning a party.
"Fushiguro's laughing. Hey, Fushiguro's laughing. Did I really die and end up in some weird afterlife?" Kugisaki exclaimed, dramatically placing a hand on her forehead.
