“What are you doing to me?” Kurapika asks, accusing even as he draws closer. Kuroro just laughs.
“Nothing that you have not done to me one hundred times over.”
The hunter licks his lips, curiosity getting the better of him. “And that is?”
Kuroro’s finger drags over his pulse. The vampire’s gaze is heavy, feverish, when he meets his eyes again. “You’ve hidden yourself away from me for so long, my love,” he explains, frustration lacing his words. “Do you understand what that did to me? What it did for this bond?”
