The civil war, registration and the skrull invasion are over, but the Avengers, though re-assembled are still holding grudges.
Tony Stark, Iron Man no longer, is alone with only his robots for company. Pepper, still healing from her husbands death can't be around him, only contacting Tony as the CEO of Stark Resilient. Rhodey is only in contact when in need of a new suit, and Jarvis is busy at the Avengers Mansion. So Tony does what he does best. Builds. “Hongjoong-ah.” Seonghwa interrupts again, louder this time. Hongjoong’s mouth snaps shut like a bear trap, effectively silenced by the dark, incredulous gaze Seonghwa has him pinned under. “What exactly are you offering?”
Hongjoong swallows thickly. Stupid stupid stupid stupid- “Whatever you would need me for.”

“I... may have met my soulmates,” Jungkook hedged, looking anywhere but at his best friend.
“And?” Jihoon pressed, not taking his eyes off the dish in front of him.
“And they’re really nice?” Jungkook replied, feeling the heat extend further down his neck at the weak admission.
Jihoon glanced over at him and shot him an unimpressed look. “I was under the impression we didn’t like your soulmates,” he deadpanned, glancing down at the cheerful writing on Jungkook’s hand again.
Jungkook sighed and leaned fully against the counter, “Me too.”
OR
Jungkook thinks his soulmates don't want him. His soulmates wholeheartedly disagree with that assumption.

“It’s perfect,” Yunho interrupts, voice firm and sure, “I love it.”
And he does. It might not be the most complex nest he’s ever seen but every part of it contains a scent of some of the people he’s come to love – the ones his alpha is starting to see as pack even as he tries to tamp down his expectations. Some groups do become packs, but most eventually split off into a mated pair here or there or form small units. His alpha wants all eight of them to be one, though, despite how unlikely it is to happen. But that’s a problem for another day. Today, he gets to just enjoy seeing the first nest Mingi has built in the dorm.
