Summary
Reki once thought that moving to the north would land him better opportunities to hone his skills and follow his chosen path in life, and yet it's only managed to land him in the debt of a vampire, one of the very creatures he's sworn to hunt, after it spares him by means of a sudden and seemingly meaningless self-sacrifice.
This vampire should be dead by his hand, slain just the same as any other, but he can't bring himself to deliver the final blow. With no other option but to nurse it back to health in search for answers, Reki unwillingly commits to following a path that leads him further from what's right.
