Supposed to be a '5 times' fic but grew into 6 times as I couldn't get enough of this adorable pair.Written in response to a kinkmeme prompt that simply asked for 'platonic hugs' between this pair so...
6 times Josephine hugged Cullen first and the one time he initiates it.(Title taken from Khalil Gibran "Friendship is always a sweet responsibility, never an opportunity.")

Summary
Dragon Age Inquisition's greatest untold love story: Cassandra Pentaghast and Cullen Rutherford.
Mainly follows the events as they unfold throughout the game, imagining that both characters rejected the Inquisitor because in their hearts they knew that someone else already held their affections.In response to a number of unfilled prompts on kinkmeme requesting romance/fluff/smut/sparring for these two.
I will link to the relevant prompt as they appear in the story.
This will be approx. 10 chapters long.
UPDATE: Smut really starts from chapter 6 onwards if that's what you're here for :)

Written in response to 2 kinkmeme prompts in 2 chapters:
1) Cullen joins the Inquisitor and her favourite companions for a day of adventuring, he has never seen her fighting up close before and is amazed (if a little terrified) at the ferocity with which she attacks her foes. Not to mention the way she cavorts around the countryside merrily smashing crates and scaling sheer rock faces. As much as he's concerned for her safety he's also extremely aroused...what a shame that their relationship is supposed to be a secret and her least discrete companions won't leave her side! (no smut in chapter 1)2) That night at camp, Cullen is determined to show the Inquisitor just how exciting he found watching the Inquisitor in battle. They have to be very quiet though as their tents are only made of thin fabric and their camp is rather cosy...(plenty of smut in chapter 2!)

Written for the Dragon Age Kink Meme:
During War Table banter Cullen admits to styling his hair. Why did he start straightening his curls? Was he embarrassed? Did he associate his curls with the Templar Order and gave himself a makeover when he left? Did his fellow Templars tease him?
I would love to see an insecure-about-his-hair Cullen falling for a curly-haired Inquisitor who loves her wild, glorious curls and him learning to love (or at least accept) his own. Smut, crack, fluff, it's all good.
