Summary
The fire burned around Lucas, but the flames never touched him even as he stepped in the burning oil. He stood above Vincent, who stared at the ceiling as the fire surrounded him and started burning his skin. Lucas looked down at Vincent, wondering how things could have been different. His friend had murdered an innocent girl, almost killed his employee, and now was bleeding out and burning alive in his own restaurant.
