Summary
When the MLA took over Japan, the status quo was destroyed forever. Hero Society, which had only just been finding its feet due to the rise of All Might, collapsed around them. Heroes became Wardens, people with powerful Quirks allowed to enforce the new laws. Villains became Outlaws, due to the new definitions of what made a criminal.
Izuku was born with a powerful Quirk, one that let him be anywhere he wanted to be in a blink of an eye, but was hidden from a Government who would abuse his Meta Ability for their own purposes by his mother.
But living a monotonous life was impossible for Izuku when he knew, deep down, that he could really help people with his ability. So he started to rebel against a government that told everyone they were lesser because their Quirks were weaker.
And you know what he discovered?
He was damn good at it.

Shinra and his brother Sho were twins. They did everything together. So when Shinra’s house was burnt down by a mysterious creature, leaving Shinra alone, it hit him hard.
So hard that it was almost like the world around him slowed down, the wind chilling him to the bone, even as fire blazed around him.
He would later find out that it wasn’t in his head. He would find out that he was a third-generation Pyrokinetic.
He found out he had the power to become a hero, so no-one has to suffer like he did ever again.
