Summary
On their ten year friendship road trip Buck captures the death of his friend on camera. With nowhere to go, he begins a treacherous ascent up the mountain, where the killers and his friends follow not far behind.
"Mr Buckley" Hienz responded more sharply, sensing his distraction "there were four dead bodies found at the mountain sight."
"Five" Buck interrupted, "there are five bodies."
The silent officer stopped writing, "are you saying we missed one?"
Buck shrugged, wincing as his bruised shoulder screamed in agony, "there were six of us that night." He shuddered at the words that would follow, "and one of them was my friend."

The world continued on after the Blip. Some people held onto their memories and some people moved on with their lives. Despite the loss and heaviness of the world around them, five years passed and people kept living. But when the snap was reversed, the Blipped returned to lives that had continued without them. Some families were reunited, and some Blipped came back to empty homes and broken families. Through that loss, seeking someone who understands how their feeling may not be the worse idea as the Blipped try to navigate a world that’s different than what they remember.
