“You came all this way,” Childe begins, stretching for a kiss, and Zhongli obliges him—it’s warm and soft, tender with love, “and you won’t even fuck me?”
Zhongli’s eyes narrow, and he pulls away from the kiss, taking in Childe’s surely ruined body, the tears on his face.
“Am I not tempting enough?” Childe presses, knowing full well he’s working his way up to something he might regret. He arches his back, digging his heels into the soft earth as he stretches, and Zhongli’s golden eyes flick across his body.
Childe tempts Zhongli with his body and his pleasure from the base of Zhongli’s Statue of Seven.

Summary
A river of russet and black spills onto his lap—it’s soft, exquisitely so. Despite being a cursed gift from Winter, the pelt is warm beneath his hands, and in a moment of weakness, Zhongli holds the thing to his cheek, delighting in the feel of it.
Common sense is cold, and he lowers the fox’s pelt. This…is not a companion. Not even close! Still, to spurn a gift from an Archon is to be a fool, so when he goes to sleep that night, as a human would, he tucks the pelt into its golden box and places it into his closet.
In a Liyue where Zhongli retires alone, he is lonely and adrift. Even the strange gift the Cryo Archon sends him is not quite enough to alleviate his boredom, until a knock at his front door changes everything.

Yaoyao rustles in her pocket for a moment. “Alright, well I’ll give Zhongli the blindfold, and then the ‘rebels’’ countdown to hide will start. The countdown will show on your wristbands, and so will the game time afterwards.” She pulls out a simple black blindfold, extending the fabric to Zhongli. “Ready?”
“I am,” Zhongli says, but looks to the others for confirmation.
“Oh! Yeah, I guess?” Yoimiya says, exchanging glances with Childe and the Traveler.
The Traveler shrugs. “Sure.”
“Yeah, I’m ready,” Childe says, watching Zhongli fasten the blindfold around his eyes. Somehow, the black fabric doesn’t make him look foolish, or any less imposing than before. It makes something in Childe’s gut burn, and he impulsively blurts– “Make sure you don’t go easy on us, Zhongli.”
Zhongli’s head swings toward Childe, and even through the blindfold Childe swears he can feel the weight of that golden gaze. Zhongli’s lips curve upwards. “I shall certainly endeavor not to disappoint.”

While on a reconnaissance mission in Mondstadt, Childe gets roped into a game of Snowtrace. He isn't expecting to see Zhongli.
To the victor go the spoils.

Summary
Days after Liyue’s battle with Osial, Zhongli walks through his city to witness his people get their lives back in order, all with Childe on his mind and the way he’d betrayed him. He’s convinced the Harbinger has already left his city with a broken spirit. So, when Zhongli finds Childe in the brothel, there’s only one way to get him to forgive him.
“You’re drunk.” -is the first thing that comes out of his mouth.
“Ever a way with words.” Childe sneers, “Bastard. I’m not drunk. Get out.” When Childe sways again, Zhongli takes a step toward him. “Don’t-“ Childe puts a hand up to stop him getting closer, “Seven Archons, don’t.” Then a realization hits him again like a wave even Zhongli can see, “Huh. I can’t believe you. Can’t you leave me alone?”
No.
In fact, Zhongli doesn’t think he can in the slightest. Not now that he’s found the man still in his city. Here. In front of him. And, in a place like this?

When his check engine light lit up like the 4th of July, Leon knew he had to stop somewhere.
The Heat Wave Motel, the sign said, with a large stylized wave underneath. It was a relic of times past, a piece of mid-century Americana that beckoned him in. He could just imagine it in its prime, hosting its fair share of clean cut travelers, which was a sharp contrast to the disarray it found itself in now. It was dirty, derelict, and Leon honestly had to wonder what kind of people would stay in a rat’s nest like this voluntarily.
And yet, a chance encounter on that desert highway led Leon to the hottest night of his life.

She laughs, clear and bright as a bell. “Mr. Zhongli talks about you all the time,” she tells him with a smirk. “It’s all ‘Oh, I’m so glad that Ajax works Sundays’ and ‘Oh, Ajax is so sweet with Azdaha.’” She snorts. “And you! All moon-eyed over him. I don’t blame you. He’s so handsome.” She pillows her cheek in her hand.
Ajax flushes. “I don’t moon over him,” he snaps. The amount of blushing he’s been doing lately is entirely unnecessary, and does nothing to soothe his churning feelings over Zhongli and his promise for tonight.
A storm prevents Ajax from biking back to his dorm, but Zhongli is there to offer him a ride home.

"You will enjoy yourself, I promise," Zhongli told him and the warm fuzzy feeling spread to the rest of Ajax's body.
Without another thought, he moved closer until he was standing in front of the other man. Zhongli removed his glove and reached forward. Ajax tensed, expecting to have warm fingers caress his cheek, but instead, they pressed against his neck, feeling his pulse. A bolt of fear raced through the barista's body as long fangs descended over Zhongli's lips. The man's beautiful amber eyes were eclipsed by black, dark with hunger. The fuzzy feeling in his mind warred with the adrenaline pumping through Ajax's veins. But in the end, he stayed motionless as the vampire leaned in and rubbed the tip of his nose up the column of his throat, smelling him.
"Strong… so fragrant," Zhongli whispered. "You are truly magnificent, Ajax."

Childe’s face flames. “That’s—that’s not—” He clears his throat and lowers his voice. “We were talking about dating.”
“So you have done neither,” Zhongli says slowly.
Childe has always been too dedicated to the Tsaritsa to find time for intimacy. Zhongli changes that.
