The clothes that in Elbaph seemed the coolest, here on Foosha, looked ridiculous, too revealing and out of place with the whole scenery of the quiet Partys bar and its unusual visitors. How long has he been trapped here, in this reality that wasn't his own? How could he have fallen in here? He just stepped in a weird circle in the snow. How could that thing have trapped him here?".
Or Luffy ended up in a universe where everything is more or less the same but in a strange way and this little Luffy won't leave him alone.

Or: A One Piece Fix-it AU where instead of just chucking his vivre card at Luffy and leaving, Ace also makes a vivre card for Luffy. Unfortunately for Ace, Luffy is a chaotic menace who can't stay out of trouble. Ace has a crewmate killer to catch, but he can't seem to get three feet away before Luffy's vivre card bursts into flames and does the weirdest shit imaginable. Needless to say, his revenge quest against Blackbeard is side tracked.

The kid was wearing blue, which was the most noticeable thing about them. They really stood out among the mountains of grey-and-brown trash. They were also surrounded and had nowhere to run, with their back plastered to one of the trash mountains.
Sabo didn't really think, before speaking up, taking onto himself the attention of all of them, including the kid.
Ace, Sabo and Luffy accidentally end up in the past, meeting their younger selves.

By sheer miraculous coincidence, Ace comes across a wanted poster featuring someone very familiar before his destiny at Marineford, before Blackbeard paved out fate's crossroads. He does as he always does and leaps right into dragging his missing brother of nine years back kicking and screaming.
Sabo does indeed kick and scream a little at first, but after he got over himself, he's set on never leaving or to be left behind ever again, and the two of them reconnect and change the course of those stars.
